Wagyu (和牛 Wagyū?, sapi Jepang) mangacu pado babarapo ras jawi dari Jopang.[1][2][3] Ciek ras di antaronyo punyo kacandarungan genetik barupo pamarmeran (marbling) tinggi dan mamproduksi lemak tak jenuh baminyak dalam jumlah gadang.
